Application:
1. Pumping clean water, sea water, sewage and industrial waste water containing small particle (without fibre), oil and corrosive liquids,
2. Extensively applied in petroleum and chemical industry, metallurgy, power plant, iron and steel works, mine, paper-making, electroplating, environmental protection industry, firefighting, building, sewage treatment industry. The pump can substitute some submersible pump, long shaft pump and submersible sewage pump, or other pumps starting frequently.

Construction feature:
1. Pump impeller is enclosed type with optimum hydraulic design. Pump efficiency is 10%~15% higher than similar pumps with open-type impeller, while the mortor power of this pump can be lower than those pumps with the same performance parameter, finally it saves more energy. Besides, impeller has perfect cavitation performance, and the allowable priming depth is 0.5~1 meters deeper than other similar pumps.

2. Pump adopt multi-channel vane-type steam-water separator, called self-priming disc, which can finish self-priming process rapidly, and the self-priming time can be adjusted according to requirements. The self-priming disc can be disassembled from pump casing, which is convenient for replacement.

3. There are two types of water entering: Type WLZ pump adopts pipe-structure with inlet and outlet installed at any angle of plane360° , the suction mouth of type WZY pump is downward and outlet can be installed at any angle of plane 270° . It has features of space-saving and less cost for construction. There is no need to dismantle the inlet and outlet for maintenance.

4. The pump can be equipped with controller which can automatically start and stop pump according to liquid level and give an alarm for overloading.
